Magic Binds (Kate Daniels) will take you on a roller coaster of a ride!! After claiming Atlanta, Kate now has to defend it and keep it from her Father. Now Roland has taken one of Atlanta’s citizens, Saiman. Kate must save Saiman and prevent the prediction from coming true. She needs to talk to her Aunt and find out how to stop her Father, Roland. Plus she has to plan her wedding to Curran. I love this series, and this book. There were some parts of the book that seemed to be a little slower paced, but over all the book was really good. It still has the humor and Kate snarkyness. So, I give MAGIC BINDS 4/5 STARS. It would have been 5, except for it slowing down in some spots. I recommend this series if you have not read it.

My Wild Irish Dragon (Boston Dragons) is a barrel of laughs! The characters and story line are very well-developed. Chloe Arish is an Irish Dragon and is wanting to be a firefighter. Ryan Fierro is also wanting to be a fire fighter. Fierro is a phoenix shifter and part of a family full of Boston fire fighters. They are both in the running for the only position left at the station house. They both have to keep their secret, but how can they do that when they have an attraction to each other. There was a few spots that had me laughing and snickering. My family thought I was going crazy. I really loved these two characters and loved the way it ended. I recommend this book and series to everyone. I give MY WILD IRISH DRAGON 5/5 STARS.

REVIEW – WHITE TIGER BY JENNIFER ASHLEY

His only salvation was in a beautiful stranger.

In a diner in the middle of nowhere, lonely waitress Addison Price has seen a lot of unusual drifters come and go, but none has ever captivated—and intimidated—her like the imposing fugitive who wields a broadsword with incredible skill. WHITE TIGER is full of action. You will love it! The characters and story line are very well-developed. Kendrick is a uncollared shifter, who is responsible for a pack of shifters. He is also a Guardian, who makes sure that the souls of shifters are sent to the summerland. This is to prevent the Fae from capturing the souls of shifters. Addison is a waitress at a cafe. She waits for Kendrick and his children to show up each nigh and order pie. When they are late she gets ready to close up when they arrive. When Addison goes to the kitchen to put some dishes away, all hell breaks loose. Other shifters arrive trying to kill Kendrick by using guns. He has Addison watch over the kids until things quiet down. They are then on the run and trying to find the one behind the attack. During this time Addison and Kendrick become closer. Kendrick tries to ignore the mating call,  but he wants Addison. I love Jennifer Ashley’s shifter novels.  She is a master storyteller. I recommend this book and series to everyone. I give WHITE TIGER 5/5 STARS.

MIDNIGHT MARKED is an action packed masterpiece! I love Chloe Neill’s writing style. I haven’t read any of her books in this series until November of last year. I read the first book and I was hooked. I started to binge read the whole series up to the last booked published. At least I only had a couple of months to wait for the chance to read MIDNIGHT MARKED. I cannot get enough of Merit and Ethan and the Cadogan House gang. This book starts out with Ethan and a few others taking Merit to a night Cubs game. She is so excited about going to the game that she wants to get there in time so she won’t miss the free Cubs flashlight that they are giving away. As usual, things don’t go as planned. Merit feels someone using magic and has to find where it originated. When she gets there she finds the body of a dead shifter. This starts a mad dash around the city to find out who is wielding magic in the city, and why are they going after shifters. This case puts a strain on the Shifter and Vampire relations. This is such a great story and series, and I recommend it to everyone. I cannot wait to see what else is in store for Merit and Ethan. I give MIDNIGHT MARKED 5/5 stars.
