Staying alive long enough to earn a shot at Heaven will mean breaking some major rules in the mortal world, as she learns just how complicated and wonderful being human can be. With so much stacked against her, even Brynna has to wonder if she’s crazy. But she’s not giving in without a fight.
Not a chance in Hell. . . .

This is a richly layered story, different from some that I have read. Brynna is a fallen angel seeking redemption. She escapes Hell to Earth so she can redeem herself to God and return to Heaven. On Earth she meets Eran Redmond, a cop,  who deal with her because she is a witness to a murder on her first day on Earth.
Once the pace picks up it is an excellent read.
The story and the characters just pull you in. There is two books in the series, and I hope there will be more. I loved this story line. I give it a 4/ 5 stars just because it took it a little to pick up the pace of the story.
Here is the second book in the series.

This was the first series that I read of Faith Hunter and it is great. Her world building, and characters are just awesome. The character of Thorn was very well thought out. I enjoyed the story, because I have not at this time read anything like it. I recommend that you read this series. Due to her special abilities and unknown events,  Thorn had to leave her enclave and live in secret. If anyone found out that she was a rogue mage living amongst humans she would be killed, but when humans and mages are threatened. They have to fight together to rid the land of the threat or be totally erased from earth.

I loved the imagery in the book and the action. I gave it a 5/ 5 stars. here are the other books in the series.

BOOK REVIEW FOR “TIGER MAGIC” BY JENNIFER ASHLEY

Product DetailsTiger has been kept in a cage for forty years. He was tested on all in the name of science. He was finally set free when the facility he was kept in was raided by the shifters who freed him, that was looking for their own who were kidnapped. Now he watches over there young to help pay them back. Even now that he is free and living in Shiftertown, almost everyone is afraid of him or wary of him because of his temperament and strength.

Carly Randall’s car breaks down on the road as she is leaving her cheating fiancé doing some chick on the kitchen counter. Tiger first scents her and immediately he knows she is his mate. He calms her down and fixes her car. Carly is the first person, shifter or human, that does not look at him with fear in her eyes. This makes him fall for her even more.

I really loved this story and the whole series. Throughout the whole story Tiger was trying to figure out what he was made for? He always believed he was created as a killing machine, it was like load was lifted off his shoulders. He actually had a purpose.

I give this a 5/ 5 stars.

Here are the other books that tie in with this book.
