As a grave witch, Alex Craft can speak to the dead-she’s even on good terms with Death himself. When she’s raising a “shade” involved in a high-profile murder, it attacks her, and then someone makes an attempt on her life. Someone really doesn’t want her to know what the dead have to say, and she’ll have to work with mysterious homicide detective Falin Andrews to figure out why…

BOOK DESCRIPTION COURTESY OF AMAZON.

Every time Alex craft talks to the dead, it plays havoc with her eyesight.  There will come a time that she will raise a “shade” to talk to them to solve a murder and she will lose her sight permanently. She is Grave Witch with a rare talent and uses “grave sight” to into alternate planes of reality. She also can speak to Death himself, who seems to have a crush on her. This book has a very fast paced and complexed  story line.  The characters are very likeable and story line will pull you in, and wanting more.

I give this book a 5/5 stars.
