WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE ON THIS SITE?

Hey my BOOK JUNKIE friends!! Just a quick question. What would you like to see on this site? I am asking for many reasons, to bring the type of content that you the viewer is looking for. If it is book reviews, informative content on writing, book recommendations, where to get free e-book downloads, when certain books are coming out or if a certain series has been cancelled or if the release date is being pushed back.

This is your chance to let me know what you would like to see in this site.  Don’t be shy , I promise that I don’t bite. I will review every ones request and if I am able I will give it my best to incorporate it into my site. I am still learning on some things I usually have to ask my niece or nephew on certain things and they will help me. So, drop me a line , and I will get back to you.

Keep reading what you love, and loving what you read.

WRITER’S BLOCK

I will be late in publishing the next installment of “HOW TO CATCH A HUMAN”. We are having a little bit of writer’s block. The last installment my niece and nephew helped us out. We are going to try to work on it today, depending if we don’t have any company come over. It has really been fun writing this story. I have had many laughs coming up with different scenarios for these characters. We have some ideas that we are trying to add to the story, we just don’t know how we are going to do it. My sister wants to do a whole series based on these characters. She already has ideas for the books. My niece and nephew want to do a comic book strip to post on the site later on based on the characters.

We will have to wait and see if we will do it later on. We have big dreams and ideas, let’s just hope we haven’t bit off more than we can chew. If any of you have any comments about the story, posts, or the site, your suggestions and comments are welcome. This is all new to me and I am still learning the ropes.

I always loved to write, I just never thought I would do it for the public. I guess I over came my shyness.  Well, I need to do a few mundane chore before I write on the story. Also, I have to watch football “GO, COWBOYS!”.

JUST A QUICK POST.

I found out what was wrong with my knee. I have a strained ligament and an ACL injury. Now I just have to wait and see an orthopedic surgeon and setup a surgery date. I will be glad when I get it done. The only good thing about it is I get to stay home from work on a leave of absence and I can watch football. Since I started my leave of absence on Sept.2, I have only slept in once.
Well I better get back to writing reviews and writing on “HOW TO CATCH A HUMAN” since I finish all my appointments and errands today. Keep reading, and keep loving what you read.

How many books do you read in a week?

I was wondering just how many books most of you read in a week?  Now me, I can read anywhere between 4-6 books a week. THIS depends on how I feel and if the book is real interesting.   Sometimes I can even read a book a day. My friends and fellow associates at work joke that everyday they see me I have a new book to read. Sometime they are right.  Now my oldest niece and nephew read just as fast as I do. When they run out of books to read on their kindle , they will log on to my account and read a book from my library. They will even go in my room and look at the 600-800 books that I have in there that need to be read or I have read. Their taste in books run pretty close to mine. I actually taught both of them how to read pretty young. My nephew who is 20 learned how to read at about 8 months old,  my niece who is 17 learned at 4 years old. We later learned she had autism, which caused her dyslexia. Now she does not let that stop her with anything she wants to do.
