Evil plots his return to power and Good fights to defeat Evil’s sinister plan. Caught between them in this epic struggle are two young lovers—Martak, master of the forest, and Marianna, a beautiful maiden and governess to Rosy, the impetuous, young princess. Evil’s desperate scheme to outwit Good and rule the Kingdom puts Martak, Marianna and the Princess at risk as they are drawn into the conflict. Will the soulmates realize their “happily ever after?” Martak must first unravel the curse and destroy Evil. In this land where magical forces vie for dominance, could true love be the most powerful weapon of all?
A beautifully illustrated tale for women of all ages, Ten Fingers Touching explores the complex nature of love and fate. It is an enchanting journey of romance, mystery and adventure. Ellen A. Roth’s debut novella is an imaginative take on a classic genre—and a treat for the romantic soul.
THE NEW CHARLES AND ANNA NOVEL
Praised as “the perfect blend of action, romance, suspense and paranormal,”* the Alpha and Omega novels transport readers into the realm of the werewolf, where Charles Cornick and Anna Latham embody opposite sides of the shifter personality. Now, a pleasure trip drops the couple into the middle of some bad supernatural business…
For once, mated werewolves Charles and Anna are not traveling because of Charles’s role as his father’s enforcer. This time, their trip to Arizona is purely personal–or at least it starts out that way…
Charles and Anna soon discover that a dangerous Fae being is on the loose, replacing human children with simulacrum. The Fae’s cold war with humanity is about to heat up—and Charles and Anna are in the cross fire.

I was given a copy of this book by Netgalley for an honest review.
DEAD HEAT is not a disappointment. Charles and Anna are great in this book. I love the storyline and the well-developed characters.Someone is taking children and leaving a changeling in its place. Now Charles and Anna are up against the clock to find the missing girl before she is killed. They find out that a Fae is doing this and must find the Fae before the children of his friend are in danger. Charles and Anna are a great couple. Charles also has to deal with the potential loss of a friend who is dying of cancer. This brings up memories of the time they were young and foolish. Anna also sees why Charles doesn’t want to have kids, but in the end he is willing to adopt. This is a great boo and recommend it to everyone. I give DEAD HEAT 5/5 stars.

Jeanette Murray spends her days surrounded by hunky alpha men…at least in her imagination. In real life, she’s a wife and a mother, keeping tabs on her husband, her daughter, and the family dog on the outskirts of St. Louis. She is also the author of One Night with a Quarterback.

LOVING HIM OFF THE FIELD is a sweet, sexy, steamy romance. The storyline and characters are well-developed, The characters are hilariously funny, and very likeable. Killian is the kicker for the Santa Fe Bobcats, and he lives a quiet life. He doesn’t want anyone to know that he has a son, for they might connect the dots and find out that he is part of the scandal years ago. So when Aileen a reporter shows up and wants to do a story on him, he stays defensive. He wants to keep his secret at all cost. When he gets closer to Aileen and starts to have feelings for he, he fights with whether or not to let her know about his son. I loved this story and Killian and Aileen are great together. I recommend this story for everyone. I giveLOVING HIM OFF THE FIELD 5/5 stars.
W..W..W… is a bookish meme that is hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading. To participate you just have to answer 3 questions.
1.What are you currently reading?
I am currently reading a NETGALLEY ARC called “RED BLOODED” by AMANDA CARLSON.
What book did you recently finish?
I currently finished an ARC of “BROKEN SOUL” by FAITH HUNTER.
What do you think you’ll read next?
It is a toss-up between these ARC COPIES, “NO LIMIT” by LORI FOSTER, “A CURSED BLOODLINE” by CECY ROBSON, “TO LOVE AND TO CHERISH” by LEIGH GREENWOOD, ” IN YOUR DREAMS” by KRISTAN HIGGANS, “PENUBRA” by KERI ARTHUR, or something random from my book shelf or kindle.
There are too many decisions. As long as I am finished by next week when “A WITCH WITH NO NAME” by KIM HARRISON comes out. That one I really want to read. 🙂
