I was given a copy of this book by the Author for an honest review.

When asked if I would review MOTHERING THROUGH BIPOLAR, I jumped at the chance to read the book. I have family that is bipolar and educating people on it is a priority. If people know what to look for in people with bipolar they could save lives. This book is about one woman’s struggle in getting diagnosed with bipolar and later finding the right group of medications that would work in controlling her episodes of bipolar. I really enjoyed this book and give it 4/5 stars.
