REVIEW FOR “THROUGH THE VIEL” BY SHILOH WALKER

Product DetailsFound wandering in a field as a child, Lee Ross was given a name by the state and put in a foster home—without anyone realizing she wasn’t entirely human. All her life, she’s tried to forget the odd dreams that have plagued her, of monsters creeping through the night and a man fighting demons by her side. But the bruises she wakes with are all too real to ignore…

Then the man from her dreams appears—in the flesh. His name is Kalen—and he insists that her destiny lies in his world, the world of her dreams. To save their people, he must convince Lee to give up everything she knows, follow her heart, and cross over into the Under Realm—even though once she does, she’ll never be able to return…

BOOK DESCRIPTION COURTESY OF AMAZON.

Shiloh Walker’s world building in this book is down right incredible, and the chemistry between the characters is just the right mixture. When they are around each other sparks fly. Lee has to learn her home world that she was born in, and how to fight the creatures that are in it. For they are in the middle of a war with these demons. She is the key to defeating them. She also has to learn who she is (both the light and the darker side) and how to love.  This is basically a book of self discovery, with some kick butt action.

I really liked this book and the whole series, and wish that the author would do more, so I give the book a 5/ 5 stars.

Here are the other book in the series.
